Modifying, removing, resetting, or reinstalling the Origin software is not recommended and may cause the system to stop functioning as intended. Software restoration or reinstallation must be performed by TapTunes® and may be subject to service, shipping, and restoration fees.

Origin app software is covered by a 30-day limited warranty beginning on the date the unit is delivered. This warranty covers software-related issues affecting the normal operation of the Origin system. It does not cover problems caused by unauthorized changes, factory resets, removal of installed software, misuse, or modifications to the tablet or Origin installation.

The Lenovo tablet hardware is covered separately under Lenovo’s applicable warranty terms and conditions. Hardware warranty claims may be subject to Lenovo’s eligibility requirements, procedures, exclusions, and service policies.

Return requests must be submitted by email to csrv@taptunes.com within 24 hours of receiving the unit. Returns requested after this period may not be accepted. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Returned units must be securely packaged and received in their original condition, including all accessories and materials.
