TapTunes, Inc. Policy
1. User-Uploaded Content
TapTunes, Inc. is not responsible for any content uploaded or submitted by users. By uploading content, the user represents and warrants that they own or have the legal right to use all music, artwork, and materials provided. The user assumes full responsibility for ensuring that submitted content does not violate copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights. TapTunes, Inc. shall not be held liable for any infringement arising from user-submitted content.
2. Production Timeline
Production of NFC-embedded TapTunes™ music cards typically requires 7 to 10 business days from order confirmation, unless otherwise authorized in writing by TapTunes, Inc. Production timelines may vary during peak periods or due to circumstances beyond our control.
3. Refunds and Exchanges
All sales are final. Once an order is placed, no refunds, cancellations, or exchanges will be permitted.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are shipped via USPS unless otherwise specified. TapTunes, Inc. is not responsible for shipping delays, damages, or losses once the package has been transferred to the carrier. Any shipping issues must be addressed directly with the carrier.
5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
TapTunes, Inc. operates in the states of Florida and Tennessee. These policies and any disputes, claims, or legal actions arising from the use of TapTunes™ products or services shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Jurisdiction and venue shall be exclusively in Seminole County, Florida.
