1. User-Uploaded Content

TapTunes, Inc. is not responsible for any content uploaded or submitted by users. By uploading content, the user represents and warrants that they own or have the legal right to use all music, artwork, and materials provided.

 

The user assumes full responsibility for ensuring that submitted content does not violate copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights. TapTunes, Inc. shall not be held liable for any infringement arising from user-submitted content.

2. Production Timeline

Standard production time is 7–10 business days. Once your order is approved, it will move into production. Rush production (under 7 business days) may be available upon request, subject to a 12% fee and order qualification.

3. Refunds and Exchanges

All sales are final. Once an order is placed, no refunds, cancellations, or exchanges will be permitted.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are shipped via USPS unless otherwise specified. TapTunes, Inc. is not responsible for shipping delays, damages, or losses once the package has been transferred to the carrier. Any shipping issues must be addressed directly with the carrier.

5. Privacy Policy

TapTunes is committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information collected through TapTunes card registration, website forms, or communications is used solely to operate and improve the TapTunes experience.

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information with third parties.

Information collected is used only for purposes such as account support, product updates, artist communications, or improving TapTunes services.

TapTunes takes reasonable measures to protect your information and maintain your trust.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

TapTunes, Inc. operates in the states of Florida and Tennessee. These policies and any disputes, claims, or legal actions arising from the use of TapTunes products or services shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Jurisdiction and venue shall be exclusively in Seminole County, Florida.
