Ownership and Licensing

All songs created through TapTunes remain the intellectual property of TapTunes, Inc.

Licenses are granted as follows:

• Digital Song and Digital Pro plans include a personal-use license for the original purchaser only. These songs may be downloaded and shared privately but may not be used commercially, resold, or distributed.
   

• The Digital Pro plan also includes a limited commercial-use license. This allows for use in electronic commerce, such as social media, online advertisements, websites, and promotional campaigns for your own business or brand.

 

Under no plan may songs be licensed, resold, or transferred to any third party without explicit written permission from TapTunes, Inc.

Jurisdiction

Any disputes, claims, or legal actions related to TapTunes services shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida and resolved exclusively in the courts of Seminole County, Florida.
