2. Production Timeline

All production of NFC-embedded Tap Music Cards requires 7 to 10 business days from the time of order confirmation, unless otherwise authorized in writing by TapTunes, Inc.

3. Refunds & Exchanges

All sales are final. No refunds, cancellations, or exchanges will be permitted once a purchase is completed by the user.

4. Shipping & Delivery

All packages are shipped via USPS. TapTunes, Inc. is not responsible for delays, damages, or losses that may occur once the shipment is in the possession of USPS.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

TapTunes, Inc. operates in compliance with the laws of Seminole County, Florida and Anderson County, South Carolina. Any disputes, claims, or legal matters arising from the use of TapTunes products or services shall be exclusively handled in Seminole County, Florida.
